It's been terribly gray lately and my mood is beginning to match it. I could really use an escape right now. I do miss the breaks school always provided. Even though I spent many school holidays on the campus wandering around by myself it was a break from class and work. I remember a lonely Thanksgiving after turning down a couple of offers for dinner with friends who lived locally I just spent nearly every day outside walking through the woods and fields behind my college. It was a complete escape from everything.
