Similar to last week's remix, this one is about a basic: the basic brown skirt. For many people it is separates that get the most wear; a basic skirt or trousers and a mix of tops traded in and out for variety. I'm usually more a dress wearer because you can throw on a single piece and be presentable for the day, but I do have a couple of skirts I go back to again and again. This faux suede skirt is one such number (similar style here); basic brown but with vintage-inspired buttons down the front that keeps it from being too boring.
