My final pick from my collaboration with JCPenney and Chictopia via Chictopia Connect, is this sequined striped top. I love sequins, especially in greens and blues because they make me feel like a mermaid. It's a fun top and more modern look for me, so I went extra retro with my hair and makeup. I'm a little addicted to this hairstyle since my family calls me Ginger Rogers every time I wear it! The mix of old/new and fancy/casual really makes this outfit work for day and night--I can run errands in it and meet my friends for a dinner out.
