Madewell is one of those clothing brands that I can't help browsing or enjoying their lookbooks, but I also have learned better than to shop at. Perhaps other petites have had a different experience but for me the jeans run too long, the blouses hang off my shoulders, and the waistbands on the dresses usually hit my hips. I'm only 5'1" so it's a common enough issue for me when shopping and I've learned which stores will only serve as eye candy rather than investments.
