I usually struggle to come up with a fitting title for the different homes I feature in my "stylish spaces" series. Should I attempt to describe the place in a few words, or merely state the owner's name or the location of the home? In the end sometimes the home-dweller says it best, as Esme did when she described her space as "...as soft place to land." She wanted something restful but also inspiring and you can see both in her home filled with muted colors and eclectic finds. Although it's not eye-searingly bright and the decor isn't oversized or bold it's still full of creative touches and the dreamiest color palette. via
