Sometimes it feels as if there isn't a pinny I've met that I haven't liked. Yep, pinafores just always feel right to me. I didn't wear them much when I was younger, as an adult I'm quite addicted because it lets me wear a dress but also allows for sometimes necessary layering. A little sleeveless summer dress you still want to wear in autumn? Layer a lace long sleeve shirt underneath and make that dress look like a pinafore. Spring weather making you feel bold enough for bare legs but still want a bit of coverage on top? Wear a pinny with a cute printed blouse. A cat print blouse with scalloped collar no less. I'm not sure it's warm enough for bare legs in these parts, but the sun was out and I was feeling optimistic--which would describe my mood most sunny days!
